VICTORIAN COUNTRY GATHERING RECEIVES THE INSPIRE MARK

It's busy busy busy here at MBD Towers right now, and equally so for our sister company Watch This Space, which creates site-specific heritage projects. There's been good news today for the latest Watch This Space event, at Canons Ashby country house near Daventry, which has just been granted the Inspire Mark.
Victorian Country Gathering is being produced in collaboration with The National Trust, where Watch This Space will recreate the sports day held in 1879 by the family who lived in the house, the Drydens. The Inspire Mark has been awarded in recognition of the fact that Victorian Country Gathering has been inspired by the 2012 Games and will leave a lasting cultural legacy for the people of Northamptonshire. Hooray!
