The Launch Of Suits and Saris
Posted: Tue, 03 Apr 2012 17:55
Well we've been working our editing fingers and ears ridiculously hard for the past month, but the result was well worth it. In the past month we've interviewed a whole variety of people from shop keepers to academics to fashion designers and not only have we met some truly wonderful people we've also found out quite a bit about our Leicester. The Exhibition is now up and running so we headed over today to check it out. It was great to see the public listening along to the audio guide and stepping onto the interactive catwalk. If you get the chance why not wonder over to New Walk Museum and check out the Exhibition. www.leicester.gov.uk/suits andsaris

SHINE finale

The final Shine illumination event took place in Oundle last Saturday, to another wonderful crowd of parishioners and local families.
As a celebration of the entire Shine project, the audience were treated to a unique finale featuring some of the best images of Shine events so far, and a special 'goodbye' message projected onto the church tower by our fantastic sketch artist, Paul Gent.
Thanks to everyone who has shared their personal memories with us and helped co-ordinate Shine at the 5 historic church buildings across Northamptonshire. It's been brilliant!
